Broker Tip of the Month – September 2016

If you are considering selling your practice in the next 3-5 years, be cautious about entering into vendor inducement contracts that lock you into minimum purchase levels or minimum laboratory volume. These can be lucrative on the front end, but can complicate sale negotiations and cause legal issues if not properly assigned to the buyer after the transaction is complete.
