Practice value is mostly based on practice net cash flow or EBITDA. That number is determined by a broker valuation to exclude non-operating expenses and non-cash expenses. To increase practice value the following main expenses must be controlled: 1) cost of goods, 2) associate doctor costs, 3) non-professional staff costs, 4) and rent. Please compare these expenses to industry benchmarks to increase practice value.
