Broker Tip – Staffing Can Make or Break a Deal

If you want to sell your practice to a private equity firm, staffing must be prioritized. Corporations prefer practices with a minimum of the equivalent of 2.5 full-time veterinarians. The owner and the associate veterinarians need to be working a total of 80-90 hours weekly. Relief veterinarians do not count.
