Len Jones, DVM
As the founder of Total Practice Solutions as well as a founding partner of TPSG, L.R. (Len) Jones, Jr., DVM, is a veteran of veterinary practice appraisals and consulting. In addition to his 25-year tenure as a veterinarian of two very successful practices, Dr. Jones has managed the appraisals, sales, and consulting of veterinary hospitals throughout the southeast United States, making Dr. Jones a valuable source of information on buying and selling practices. Through his years of experience, he learned the ins and outs of determining the proper market value of a practice, a value that is instrumental for use by both the legitimate buyer and/or seller.
In addition to his veterinary practice sales and appraisals, Dr. Jones has broadened his sales base, creating Total Realty Solutions, a company that specializes in commercial real estate, farms, timberland, and recreational tracts. It is this on-the-job knowledge of the real estate business that can aid TPSG clients when selling their properties.
A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in animal science and the Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Jones is a member of the Alabama Cattleman’s Association, on the board of directory for the Alabama Farmer’s Federation, and serves on the Advisory Council for the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine.
He lives in Shorter, Alabama, and is the proud parent of three children with 8 grandchildren.
