Dr. Alker is a 1985 graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. He founded Panama City Animal Hospital in 1987, which grew rapidly to a very successful small animal and equine practice. Along with his Practice endeavors Dr. Alker was involved in some successful Commercial Real Estate ventures, which has given him the desire and experience to help fellow Veterinarians get the most for their Real Estate and Practice Investments. In 2009 Dr. Alker sold his Practice and immediately joined Total Practice Solutions Group specifically handling the Florida market. Bill R. Crank, DVM, 1991 graduate of The Ohio State School of Veterinary Medicine, brings to TPSG over twenty-eight years of experience in the Veterinary Business. In 1991 he founded a mixed animal practice in rural WV, worked with several associates over the years, and sold his two-million-dollar practice to his partner in 2018.  He has a deep appreciation for associates and their contributions to a profitable business and he understands the demands and sacrifices of growing and selling a successful veterinary practice in a constantly changing environment. David D. Davenport, DVM, a founding member of TPSG, brings a vast amount of business acumen to the Total Practice Solutions Group. Dr. Davenport has founded partnered, operated, and sold nine different veterinary practices and hospitals in his years of business. As a 1966 graduate of the University of Missouri, School of Veterinary Medicine, Davenport began his first working partnership in June with Dr. W.H. Worley at Summit Park Animal Hospital. In February Dr. Davenport laid the groundwork for another successful practice at Crest Animal Hospital in a small 1,500 square foot building. In April of 1972, the business had grown to justify a new building that was double the size. Crest Animal Hospital was sold in July 1975. Concurrently, Dr. Davenport had started Blue Parkway Animal Hospital in 1969 and sold that practice a year later.
