Dr. Len Jones brings 35 years of practice ownership, appraisal, financing, consulting development and business sales expertise to your office door. During his practice career, Dr. Jones developed and sold two successful veterinary practices and is the CEO & founder of the Total Practice Solutions Group (TPSG). He frequently lectures to various veterinary groups throughout the United States on the subject of veterinary practice appraisals and transitions.
Exclusive in the Veterinary Industry, Dr. Jones’ extensive portfolio of veterinary expertise on appraisals, sales, and consulting have identified Dr. Jones as an expert in the veterinary industry. Through his years of experience, he understands the intricacies of determining the proper market value of a practice, a value that is instrumental for use by both the buyer and/or seller. His realistic approach coupled with his
approachable demeanor & charismatic personality promote a pleasant working environment for clients during this monumental life altering event.
As a graduate of Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Len Jones has a B.S. degree in Animal Science; Dr. Jones is a member of Vet Partners, the Alabama Cattleman’s Association, on the board of directors for the Alabama Farmer’s Federation, is a member of the American and Alabama Veterinary Medical Associations.
Len lives in Shorter, Alabama where the TPSG national headquarters office is located. He is the proud parent of three children with eight grandchildren. He attends Frazier United Methodist Church in Montgomery. Len enjoys spending time on his cattle ranch and team roping.
