Rex Salzsieder, CVA

Rex Salzsieder has worked in veterinary management, ownership, and hands-on in the veterinary industry for more than 10 years. He is an experienced practice broker at Total Practice Solutions Group NW. Rex has worked at Total Practice Solutions Group for over nine years, where he serves nine western states including; Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington State.

Through his experience, Rex has handled hundreds of clients and closed veterinary acquisitions. Rex works for his clients, where he provides years of expertise and knowledge to reach a productive sale.

He also brings unique understanding of an organization throughout the process of veterinary acquisition that he gained from his service in the United States Army, where he was stationed overseas for over ten years.

Rex has a degree in Business Administration that he obtained through University of Maryland. This allows for him to provide knowledgeable valuation for business planning, retirement planning, and general consulting. Rex is a Certified Valuation Analyst® since 2017, where he has vast knowledge on providing accurate and up to date NACVA standard valuations. Along with his experience of owning and operating two small animal practices for over seven years, Rex also has a Washington State Real Estate License.

Currently Rex resides in Washington State. He’s perfectly suited right in the middle near both Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon! Rex loves traveling and being outdoors, where he enjoys hiking with his dog, Monte. When Rex is not traveling, he is spending time with his 20-year old cat, named Lizard.
